Position Title: Bilingual-Spanish Regional Director- Franchise Operations

The Regional Director will provide leadership and direction to franchisees of a new retail tax preparation brand, SiempreTax. The Region Director will work within a geographic region to assure that organizational standards and policies are maintained and followed by SiempreTax franchisees. This includes, but is not limited to, providing guidance to Area Developers and Franchisees specific to company goals and initiatives and also involved in conducting and reviewing annual targets to promote optimal profitability to build out franchise base within a region. This position will be a liaison between SiempreTax offices and Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
This position is responsible for, but not limited:
Directs the development of regional strategic and business plans consistent with the established mission, vision, core values and strategic plan of SiempreTax, and ensures their proper execution.
Provide support, training and guidance to company office managers/supervisors.
Act as a resource for franchisee office management including day-to-day activities such as scheduling, cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and personnel management.
Assist with marketing for each office.
Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, vision, values, philosophy and culture of SiempreTax.
Evaluates need and recommends opportunities for business development and expansion in the region.
Provides leadership to ensure best utilization of resources in obtaining corporate and regional goals, regulatory compliance, compliance with corporate and regional policies and to ensure the needs of the individuals served are met.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish
A minimum of 5-7 years of successful leadership/management experience.
A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Demonstrated experience in franchise operations preferred
At least 4 years of experience in business management or personnel supervision
Strong organizational, thorough and creative problem-solving skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
Experience managing a team and actively developing talent with an ability to motivate as well as manage conflict.
This position is based on the greater Dallas/Forth Worth, TX area. Local travel in designated region offices is required on a regular basis
Travel to holding company headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA for training and meetings as required.
